Elf Lord of the Shandaria district. Shandaria is the wealthy district of the Elf lands, rich in resources. Sarin and the residents of Shandaria have a relationship with the Dumar district going all they way back to the time of the unification and these two districts were the last to accept the rule and authority of the first Lord Regent, Umbarni.
