Here we introduce our bad guy. A complex elf Lord serving on the council as the representative of the Dumar district. Seems much of the discord in the Elven lands begins in this district though no one seems to be able to find the source. Counsellor Malanar always seems to have a friend and council voting ally in Counsellor Sarin of Shandaria.
